I bought a Samsung watch that was in Chinese and couldn't change the language, even the Samsung shop couldn't help me. I took it to starphone and Amri very kindly took about an hour to find out how to change it when no one else could or could be bothered. He was very calm, kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this lovely independent retailer. I've also bought both my last phones from their Gloucester Rd branch so am very happy to see they have a branch this side of town now.
